Acceptable Use Policy

Bariza exists for legitimate healthcare recruiting and job search. This policy sets out what is and is not allowed on the platform.

1. Expected conduct

  • Use Bariza for genuine recruiting, job-search and hiring purposes.
  • Provide accurate information about yourself or your organization.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally.
  • Respect privacy settings, messaging preferences and company blocks.
  • Keep candidate and employer information confidential.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Creating fake, impersonated or duplicate accounts.
  • Misrepresenting an organization, role, licence, qualification or identity.
  • Posting jobs that do not exist, are misleading, or are not genuine openings.
  • Unlawful discrimination in job postings, outreach or hiring decisions.
  • Harassment, intimidation, hate speech or abusive messages.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited outreach, or marketing unrelated to recruiting.
  • Requesting money, fees or payment details from candidates.
  • Requesting sensitive personal data that is not required for recruiting.
  • Scraping, bulk-extracting or reselling profiles, contact details or platform data.
  • Using candidate information for anything other than recruiting and hiring.
  • Attempting to bypass entitlements, paywalls, blocks or privacy controls.
  • Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt or probe platform security.

3. Employer-specific rules

Employers must not misuse resume access, share candidate data outside their recruiting team, contact professionals who have blocked their company, or use the platform for recruitment fraud of any kind.

4. Professional-specific rules

Professionals must not submit fraudulent applications, misstate registration or licence status, or use employer information for anything other than legitimate job search.

5. Reporting violations

Use the in-app report option on a profile, job or conversation, or contact support. Reports are reviewed by platform administrators.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove content, unpublish a job or profile, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
