Bariza does not check credential numbers, confirm registration status with regulators, validate certification expiry dates, confirm education, or run background or right-to-work checks.

Before making a hiring decision, employers are responsible for confirming:

• Registration and licence status with the relevant regulator or licensing body.
• Certification validity and expiry dates with the issuing organization.
• Education and qualification records.
• Employment history and references.
• Right-to-work and eligibility requirements.
• Any background checks required by law or by your organization.
