Terms of Service
Effective August 12, 2026 · Last updated August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bariza Healthcare, a healthcare recruiting marketplace operated by Bariza Healthcare. Bariza connects healthcare professionals with healthcare employers. Bariza is not the employer in any hiring relationship formed between users.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Bariza, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and legally able to seek or offer employment. Employer accounts must be created by someone authorized to act for the organization they represent.
3. Account registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Healthcare Professional accounts
Professional accounts are free. Professionals may create a profile, add experience, education, licences, registrations and certifications, upload a resume, set employment and availability preferences, search and apply to jobs, and communicate with employers subject to their own privacy settings.
5. Employer accounts
Employer accounts represent an organization that recruits healthcare staff. Employers may maintain a company recruiting profile. Recruiting functionality requires an active Employer Pro subscription.
6. Employer Pro subscriptions, billing and taxes
- Employer Pro is $299 USD per month for one recruiter account.
- Billing is recurring monthly and renews automatically until canceled.
- Applicable taxes may be added to the subscription price.
- Employer Pro allows up to 10 simultaneously published jobs.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Bariza does not store full payment-card details.
See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
7. Cancellation
Employer Pro can be canceled through the billing area. Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, the subscription does not renew and recruiting access continues until that paid period ends. Access ends afterwards unless the subscription is restarted.
8. Platform usage
You may use Bariza only for legitimate recruiting, job-search and hiring purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Professional profiles
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy and currency of their profile, including work history, education, licences, certifications and availability status.
10. Employer and company profiles, job postings and applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of company information and job postings, including location, employment type, shift expectations and any compensation information published. Applications submitted through Bariza use the professional's existing profile information.
11. Messaging
Messaging is provided so employers and professionals can discuss opportunities. Professionals control whether they accept employer outreach and may block a company. Messages must remain professional and relevant to recruiting.
12. Credential information and verification responsibilities
Licence, registration and certification information may be self-reported by professionals. Bariza does not independently verify every credential unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. Employers are responsible for confirming registration, licence status, certifications, education and employment eligibility with the appropriate organization before making hiring decisions. See the Credential Disclaimer.
